Meet the driving force behind i4 Talent LLC: Matt Ravenell. Matt brings 12+ years of Technical Recruiting and Talent Acquisition experience, having held leadership roles at startups such as Peloton and large tech organizations, including IBM and Facebook/Meta.

Matt's a devoted family man, and enjoys spending his time with his wife, son, and 5 year old Shi-Tzu. Balancing work and play, he finds solace in nature hikes, vacationing to islands such as Puerto Rico, playing video games, from consoles to virtual reality and attending conferences & local events such as New York Comic Con, IBM Think, Grace Hopper, Meta Connect, various Meetups, SourceCon & Afrotech.
